Certification/Periodic checks

All new facilities undertaken by our company, within completion are submitted to technical inspection by the  authorized Inspection Body which issues the first check lift certificate. For theexistingfacilities our company informs and makes periodic checksfor the verification of potential shortcomings to ensure the renewal of the operating licence. After that, our company can reissue the periodic check certification by the authorized inspection body.

The care for the lift certification is the owner’s or the manager’s obligation in accordance with the Ministerial Decision published in ΦΕΚ2604/B/ 22-12-2008 and any oversight brings about harsh punishment like a fine or even the stopping of the lift use. All lifts depending on their use are subjected to reevaluation and periodic checks to their operation at regular intervals defined by legislation. Our company attends to schedule and complete all the expected checks and projects by law.
